With over 20 years of experience in nursing and community health, I specialize in supporting individuals and families through comprehensive, evidence-based care. My expertise includes:
- Specialized geriatrics: Behavioral support, cognitive assessments, and caregiver role strain management.
- Youth mental health: Extensive experience with school-based Mental Health and Addictions teams, focusing on neuro-cognitive development and care, adolescent care.
- Peri-Natal Intensive Care: Certified care for maternal and infant mental health.
- Nurse psychotherapy: practitioner, offering therapeutic care through a health and healing lens.

Hi, I’m Randi Berard, RN Psychotherapist with 16 years of experience in nursing. I’ve had the privilege of working in many different areas of healthcare, which has helped me understand the deep connection between physical and emotional well-being. I’m excited to be part of Mending Roots Therapy, where I can bring my nursing experience together with therapy to support people through life’s challenges. My focus is on offering patient-centered care, helping individuals work through emotional struggles, and using tools like mindfulness to foster healing. I’m truly passionate about helping people find balance and well-being in their lives. I’m currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and online appointments, so you can choose the option that works best for you. I look forward to walking with you on your journey toward healing.
