With over 20 years of experience in nursing and community health, I specialize in supporting individuals and families through comprehensive, evidence-based care. My expertise includes:
- Specialized geriatrics: Behavioral support, cognitive assessments, and caregiver role strain management.
- Youth mental health: Extensive experience with school-based Mental Health and Addictions teams, focusing on neuro-cognitive development and care, adolescent care.
- Peri-Natal Intensive Care: Certified care for maternal and infant mental health.
- Nurse psychotherapy: practitioner, offering therapeutic care through a health and healing lens.
At Mending Roots, my mission is to provide therapy that fosters a balance between physical and emotional health and strengthens the foundation for lasting well-being.
